Your mindset influences how you see yourself and those around you. It's what enforces you to take a certain action or not. The various types of mindsets can mean different things to each individual, regarding how and why you think like you do.
What kind of mindset do you have?
The number of mindsets that exist is determined by how much you generalize them. Finding your type of mindset is key to understanding the one that influences how you operate in every single area of your life. The two main types of mindsets are growth and fixed mindsets, each one has their advantages and disadvantages.
If you have a fixed mindset, you tend to believe that your qualities and/or skills cannot be changed. You have a strict belief about many things including your character, your personality and your intelligence level.
People with a fixed mindset tend to limit themselves and are focused on proving themselves to others.
